A warming and relaxing day retreat to gentle plant seeds of intentions for the year ahead.

As the new calendar year begins, we very gently step into it. Winter still amongst us, it's not a time to make big bold changes in life, but it is the perfect opportunity to gently plant seeds of intentions that will bloom in Spring.

The new beginnings day retreat has so much to enjoy.

We start the day with a reflection circle, reflecting on the past year and embracing the new year ahead.

We will have a refreshing short walk through our medieval town of Much Wenlock.

We will also have a guided journalling session which will be an opportunity to write down your own personal reflections and intentions.

We will deeply relax into a Group Sound Bath followed by the experience of Aromatherapy Reiki.

There is no set time structure to the day, we will intuitively move from one activity to another.

There will be plenty of opportunities to journal, read and relax throughout the day.

Warm yourself up with a beautiful seasonal Winter Soup.

Bring your cushion, blanket, journal and a few snacks for the sharing table.

Fresh and dried fruit, snacks, Winter teas and juices will all be provided for you as well the soup & bread.

Please arrive after 12.45pm for a 1pm start.
