Healing from Burnout with Tree of Life

This is a 2 hour workshop for people experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion or a sense of lacking purpose in life. The Tree of Life approach offers a way to find your spark again, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Tree of Life is a narrative therapy approach, developed by Ncazelo Ncube in 2006, and now used in over 60 countries worldwide. It is a gentle and empowering approach, using the image of a tree as a reflective tool.

In this workshop, we will explore the psychology of burnout, look at how the Tree of Life can help, and take part in a creative exercise.

The workshop is led by Dr Ciara Banks, C.Psychol Ps.S.I., Clinical Psychologist who has led more than 200 Tree of Life workshops in her previous work in NHS mental health services.

No prior experience is needed, and you are welcome to engage as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
