Handstands are pretty difficult and confusing at the start - this workshop will help you make things simple and gain more confidence!

Who is it for?

Anyone who can do a plank - this is an entry-level workshop, so no previous handstand experience is required!

Content of this workshop:

learn how to warm-up for a handstand practice and how to practice safely

learn to kick up into a wall-supported handstand

learn how to overcome the fear of falling through safe bailing techniques

begin your journey towards balancing consistent 10s freestanding handstand (how to move your handstand away from the wall safely)

This handstand workshop is often attended by participants from various backgrounds such as: Yoga, Pole Dance, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Crossfit, Climbing, Circus, Acro Yoga and Fitness Enthusiasts.

Various fitness professionals such as: Personal Trainers, Yoga and Pole Dance Teachers attended this workshop in the past to better understand techniques for practising, teaching and spotting handstands.

This workshop will be a game-changer for your handstand practice if you're not confident with your handstand and you're scared of hurting yourself when practising. You'll come out of the workshop more confident and with new ways to progress.
