Join Katie, Emily, Teal and the Guide Dogs Southampton volunteer fundraising team for our very first Community Fun Day on Sunday 25th October, from 10:30am to 4:00pm at Peartree Church Hall.

Whether you're looking for a fun family day out, the chance to meet new people in your community, or simply an opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake, we'd love to welcome you along.

This special event is all about bringing our community together while raising awareness of sight loss and the life-changing support that Guide Dogs provides to people living with vision impairment.

By Car

Peartree Church Hall is easily accessible from Southampton city centre and the M27. Free on-site parking is available.

Please note that Pear Tree Road is a one-way road and cannot be accessed directly from Pear Tree Avenue. If travelling by car, turn into Sholing Road from Pear Tree Avenue and then into Pear Tree Road. The church hall is located at the end of Pear Tree Road.

By Public Transport

The hall is served by several local bus routes, including the 3, 7, 9, 13 and 17 services, which stop nearby.

For those travelling by train, Southampton Central Station is the city's main rail hub. From there, local bus services and taxis are available to Peartree Church Hall.

Accessibility

The hall has disabled facilities and Guide Dogs and assistance dogs are welcome. If you have any accessibility requirements and would like to discuss your visit in advance, please contact the event organiser.
