Join us for Elevate Trade Show, the must-attend event for professionals in the hospitality, catering, and cleaning sectors!

Elevate is a free, one-day trade show designed for professionals across the hospitality, catering and cleaning sectors who are looking to discover new products, fresh ideas and smarter ways of working.

Brought to you by Comax, the Elevate Trade Show brings together dozens of leading suppliers in one easy-access venue, offering a unique opportunity to explore the latest innovations, product ranges and industry trends all under one roof.

In 2027, Elevate joins forces with the Central South Food & Drink Trade EXPO, delivered by Business South for over 20 years, to create one must-attend event.

By bringing both events together, the 2027 EXPO offers you an even richer day out, a wider range of exhibitors, a broader mix of products and innovations, and even more reasons to visit!

Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy interactive demonstrations, product previews, and exclusive show offers, alongside a programme of breakout sessions, including a dedicated focus on sustainability. These sessions will highlight practical solutions to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint, improve efficiency and support long-term sustainability goals.

Whether you operate a restaurant, hotel, pub, contract catering operation, care home or leisure venue, Elevate is designed to help you stay ahead of the curve, connect with trusted suppliers and discover solutions that add real value to your business.
