A hands-on introduction to Huna: practical Hawaiian tools and techniques to reduce stress, raise energy and refocus. All welcome.

Huna Workshop — Ancient Hawaiian Wisdom for Modern Life

Stressed? Stuck? Running on empty?

There's a reason talking about your problems only gets you so far.

Huna is an ancient Hawaiian practice that works at a deeper level — with your energy, your body, and your mind together. It's practical, it's powerful, and you don't need to believe in anything to feel the difference.

In this 4-hour introductory workshop, you'll discover:

What Huna actually is and where it comes from

The core principles the Hawaiians lived by — and how to apply them today

Practical tools and techniques to lower stress, increase focus, and raise your energy levels

You'll leave with things you can use straight away. Not just ideas — actual techniques that work in real life.

This workshop is for you if:

You're curious about energy work but don't know where to start

You've tried other approaches and feel like something's still missing

You want simple, effective tools to manage stress and feel more like yourself

No prior experience needed. No specific beliefs required. Huna sits comfortably alongside all religious and spiritual backgrounds.

What to bring: notebook, pen, curiosity, and comfortable clothes.

Your workshop is led by Yvonne Lecocq, coach, hypnotherapist, and certified Huna practitioner.
