We are getting back into the kitchen for another evening of flour, eggs, and good company with the Southampton Rolling With Friends pasta workshop. This is a relaxed, hands-on session where we will walk through the process of making fresh pasta dough from scratch, shaping different varieties, and learning a few tips for preparing simple, delicious sauces to go with them. You do not need to be an experienced cook to join us; it is really just about enjoying the craft and sharing a meal with others in the neighborhood who enjoy the process as much as the result. This event is open to anyone in the Rolling Pin Pasta Social Club who is looking to slow down for an evening and get their hands a little messy. We will provide all the ingredients and tools you need, plus plenty of space to chat while the dough rests. Whether you are a regular at our gatherings or have been meaning to come along to your first one, we would love to have you at the table. Please let us know if you can make it by clicking the button to RSVP so we can get the right amount of supplies ready for everyone.
