Join us for an evening of real talk about Muay Thai in Southampton. We'll be gathering in person to chat about our experiences with the sport, whether you've been training for years or just started throwing your first kicks. This is a casual circle where everyone's perspective matters, so come as you are. We'll discuss training, competition, injuries, mental toughness, the community here, or whatever else is on your mind about Muay Thai. Who should come? Anyone who trains Muay Thai or is curious about it. You don't need to be elite or have any particular level of experience, just a genuine interest in the sport and willingness to listen to others. It's a chance to connect with people in our local community who get what this sport is about, swap stories, and maybe pick up some insights along the way. We'll keep things relaxed and conversational, so no need to prepare anything. Just show up, grab a spot in the circle, and jump in when you feel like it. If this sounds like your kind of evening, please RSVP so we know how many of us to expect.
