Give yourself an evening to slow down, breathe and come home to yourself.

Join Laura and Amy for a gentle, immersive afternoon designed to soothe every sense. We'll begin together with a cacao ceremony, sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao and setting an intention for the afternoon ahead.

From there, we'll settle into a guided meditation to quiet the mind and relax the body. Once you're fully grounded, you'll be carried into a sensory soundbath, where layers of sound and carefully chosen scents wash over you and transport you somewhere deeply peaceful.

There's nothing to prepare and no experience needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable and let yourself receive.

What to bring:

A yoga mat, blanket and cushion so you can lie down comfortably. Wear something cosy.

Good to know:

Ceremonial cacao is gentle, but it isn't recommended if you're pregnant, have a heart condition or take antidepressants (particularly SSRIs or MAOIs). A caffeine free alternative will be available, so please let us know when you book.
