Beginners Yoga Flow @ Dawn Lister Therapy Centre

Join us for a beginners Asthanga Vinyasa yoga flow class at the Dawn Lister Therapy Centre (opposite Clements Church) on every Monday at 09.30 - 10.30 AM (BST).

This is an in-person session designed for those new to yoga and want to give a flow class a go. We keep the class small with to ensure you get plenty of personal attention and guidance.

Come along, stretch out, and enjoy some relaxing time for yourself in a friendly setting. No experience needed—just bring yourself, yoga mats and props with be provided.
