Living with Type 2 Diabetes? Join us for a free community diabetes event hosted by Southend West Central PCN.

Come along to Kings Road URC Church, Westcliff, on Friday 2 October, 10.00am to 12.30pm, for a morning of information, support and practical advice. You'll hear from healthcare professionals through a series of short talks covering diabetes management, healthy living and ways to stay well. There will also be a range of stallholders offering information on local services, support groups and resources available to help you manage your health.
