Held beneath the bold, transformative energy of the full moon in Aries, our Full Moon Release Retreat is an intimate, thoughtfully curated experience designed to help you pause, reflect and release what no longer supports the person you are becoming. Nestled within the breathtaking historic grounds of Hatfield House, this restorative afternoon brings together transformation coaching, ceremonial ritual, sound healing and mindful creativity. Hosted by Em and Hebs, with a special guest session led by therapist and transformation coach Jenel, the retreat offers a warm and supportive space in which to explore the thoughts, fears and patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you are ready to release self doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, an old identity or something that simply no longer feels aligned, this retreat offers an opportunity to let go with intention and create space for what comes next. Your Experience Includes Your retreat ticket includes a carefully curated collection of experiences designed to support your mind, body and energy: • A guided transformation session with guest therapist and transformation coach Jenel, exploring negative thought patterns and the beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. • A ceremonial full moon release ritual, supported by the collective energy and intention of the group. • An immersive sound healing experience to encourage deep rest, reflection and energetic release. • A guided aura spray making workshop, where you will blend essential oils and infuse with crystals to create your own personalised spray. • Guided journaling, reflection prompts and oracle cards to help you identify what you are ready to release and what you would like to welcome in its place. • Unlimited Halo Tea throughout the retreat. • A healthy grazing table. The Full Moon Release Ritual The full moon has long been associated with illumination, completion and release. It offers a symbolic opportunity to acknowledge what has reached the end of its cycle and consciously choose what you no longer wish to carry forward. During our group release ritual, you will be gently guided to reflect on the thoughts, emotions, habits or experiences that may have outlived their purpose. You may choose to release: • Self doubt or a fear of not being enough. • Limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. • Fear of change, failure or the unknown. • Guilt, resentment or emotional attachments. • Habits, expectations or responsibilities that feel misaligned. • An old version of yourself that you are ready to move beyond. The ceremony will draw upon the support and shared intention of the group, creating a powerful sense of connection and collective release. Guests will be invited to share what they are releasing, but there will never be any expectation or pressure to do so. You are welcome to participate silently and keep your intention entirely private. This is your experience, and you will always be encouraged to engage in the way that feels most comfortable and authentic to you. Create Your Own Aura Spray As part of the retreat, you will create a personalised essential oil and crystal infused aura spray to take home. You will be guided through the process of selecting and blending ingredients that reflect the energy or intention you would like to carry forward after the release ritual. Your finished spray can become part of your personal ritual practice, used whenever you wish to cleanse your space, reset your energy or reconnect with the intention you created during the retreat. Personal Tarot and Coffee Readings For guests seeking additional personal insight and guidance, a limited number of individual tarot and Turkish coffee cup readings will be available as paid ticket upgrades. Readings must be selected when booking and will be offered through separate ticket options. This allows us to plan the timing of each reading in advance while maintaining the gentle flow and intimate atmosphere of the retreat.
