Meditation & Sound Group Classes to reduce stress and enhance mindfulness through guided meditation and sound therapy. Suitable for all ages

You’re invited to sink into a deeply nourishing meditation and sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of deep rest and restoration.

This session is guided and held by Natalina, who has many years of experience facilitating meditation, sound healing, and ceremonial spaces. Her work is trauma-aware, heart-led, and rooted in creating a safe, grounded environment where you can simply soften, receive, and rest.

🌿 What to Expect

• Gentle guided meditation to help you settle and feel supported

• A soothing sound journey using a variety of instruments

• Time to rest, integrate, and return feeling calmer and more balanced

Mats are provided.

Please bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort, as the body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.

Each sound is intuitively played to support relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance.
