Town Centre Connect is an opportunity for local businesses to come together, share experiences, and help shape the future support available.

This is a welcoming and safe space where business owners and representatives can openly discuss opportunities, challenges and ideas. Whether you're an established business or just starting out, your views matter and will help inform future activity and support for the local business community.

Join fellow town centre businesses, for a constructive conversation focused on:

Creating a thriving and vibrant town centre

Identifying the support businesses need most

Sharing ideas, challenges and opportunities

Building stronger connections within our business community

Influencing future programmes, initiatives and investment

During the session we'll explore questions such as:

What are the biggest challenges facing your business?

What skills or knowledge would help you grow?

What support would make the biggest difference right now?

What opportunities do you see for the town centre?

How can businesses work together more effectively?

The information gathered won't disappear into a report.

Your feedback will directly inform a series of follow-on activities designed around the needs identified by local businesses, including:

Peer-to-peer business forums

Expert-led workshops and masterclasses

Specialist support sessions

Networking opportunities

One-to-one business support meetings

Following the event, businesses will be offered a free one-to-one conversation to explore their specific challenges and opportunities in more detail and identify the most relevant support available.

This is your opportunity to help shape future events, support programmes and business initiatives for the town centre.

Join us for breakfast, connect with other local businesses, and make sure your voice is heard.

Who should attend? Owners, directors, managers and decision-makers from businesses located within St Helens Town Centre.
