Christmas is coming to the heart of Porthleven — and this year, we’re bringing it indoors.

The Little Porthleven Christmas Market Weekends 2026 takes place across three festive weekends in December, nestled inside the beautiful Shipyard Market. Cosy, weatherproof, and packed with the best of Cornwall’s independent makers, growers, and artisan traders — this is Christmas shopping as it should be.

Browse a carefully curated selection of handmade gifts, original artwork, artisan food and drink, unique crafts, jewellery, homeware and so much more. Every trader has been hand-picked to bring you a truly special and varied market experience — and every purchase directly supports an independent Cornish maker or producer.

Weekend 1: Friday 4th – Sunday 6th December

Friday 11am–7pm | Saturday & Sunday 10am–5pm

Join us on Friday evening for the Porthleven Light Switch-On — shop with our traders and stay for the magical moment the town lights up for Christmas! Santa’s Grotto will also be popping up in the Shipyard on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December in aid of Porthleven Lights — perfect for little ones!

Weekend 2: Saturday 12th – Sunday 13th December

10am–5pm both days

Weekend 3: Saturday 19th – Sunday 20th December

10am–5pm both days
