You will hear fascinating tales of Scottish folklore, discover hedgerow fruits, seeds and roots and learn to create your own natural potion to boost your winter immunity. A seasonal wild drink and snack will be provided.

You will culminate your foraging experience with a hands on potion making session to make an immune boosting elixir to take home. Don't miss out on this enchanting experience as day and night find perfect balance, and discover the rich harvest in the hedgerows at the windng down of the year.
