Spend the afternoon of the October New Moon in nature, around a fire, breathwork, yoga, and mindful time spend with the horses in the field.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 to keep it small and intimate.

Snacks and refreshments will be included.

This event is held by Nica Quinn (artist & equine facilitator) and Sam Dyre (yoga and breathwork instructor).

Please wear outdoor clothing (closed toed shoes and weather appropriate clothes)

This event will be outdoors but there are covered spaces if needed both indoors (in a yurt with a stove heater) and outdoors (fire pit and in the field with the horses).
