This fully funded workshop - delivered by Sales Geek - will focus on retaining and growing existing client relationships.
Delegates will learn why existing customers are far more valuable and easier to sell to than new prospects, how to spot the difference between reactive and proactive account management, and how to prioritise accounts using an Impact vs. Effort matrix.
The session closes with a five-part account management process (Potential, Opportunities, Action Plan, Priorities, Relationship Health) that delegates can apply immediately to their own client base.
