During our Open Day, join us on a 45-60 minute tour of the Potclays factory to find out how our clay bodies are made.

Join us on a tour of our factory to learn about where our raw materials come from and how they are processed. Our tour will take you right through the manufacturing process, to the end result.

We're offering five timeslot options: 09:30, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 or 14:30. Each tour group has a maximum of 15 places. The Book Tickets button will be replaced with a Join Waitlist button when tickets for all times are fully booked. If you later find you cannot attend, please let us know so we can release your place to someone else. Please note we can only offer one tour place per person so please do not book multiple slots under the same name - this allows everyone a fair chance of getting a place.

FOR YOUR SAFETY: We are a working factory - always be aware of moving vehicles and machinery. Please wear suitable footwear as there are a number of steps to negotiate and some areas may be wet/slippery. Each person will be issued with a hi-vis vest when checking in. For health & safety reasons we cannot accept any extra people on the day that do not have a ticket.
