Join a small, cosy group and journal for 60 minutes to gain calm, clarity, and self-compassion. Leave with insight, ideas and direction
Join us in person for a chilled-out journalling session. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned writer, this circle is all about pausing, getting those thoughts down on paper, reflecting, and reconnecting.
Expect good company, cosy settings, and big realisations!
A space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
Life moves fast. Give yourself an hour of self-care and reflection.
These monthly sessions offer you 60 minutes to slow down, explore what matters, and discover how journalling can become a reliable tool for clarity, calm, and self-compassion.
Each session follows a gentle structure, such as a warm-up write, a visual exercise, a poem, and guided journalling. Every month brings a new theme, so you'll always experience something fresh. Whether you're brand new to journalling or have been filling notebooks for years, you're welcome here.
Most people gain insight into themselves and their lives during the very first exercise.
"I learned a lot about myself & once I become fully immersed I feel it will be a wonderful journey 😊"
"Safe space to think and reflect"
October's theme: Stories and Ancestors
This month coincides with National Storytelling Week, so we'll use this theme to consider the story we tell ourselves, past stories in our lineage, and the story you want to pass on.'
What's included:
Guided journalling exercises tailored to the monthly theme
All materials provided (pens, prompts, handouts)
A free wirobound journal for first-time attendees
Your first hot drink
A supportive, no-pressure environment where sharing is invited but never required
What to expect:
Each session is designed to help you be present, write openly, reflect on what emerges, and set intentions for moving forward. You don't need experience, just curiosity and a willingness to give yourself an hour of attention.
This isn't therapy, and it's not a creative writing class. It's a practical, accessible way to process your thoughts, understand yourself better, and leave with something tangible: clarity, perspective, or simply permission to feel what you're feeling.
"What a beautiful journaling session! I have wanted to journal for some time but not known how to start and this was perfect."
"Anna gently and confidently took us through different techniques with each one building more and more clarity."
Future themes:
Each session explores a different aspect of personal development, positivity, creativity, or nature.
Drop in when a theme speaks to you, or come regularly to build momentum and community.
"I left feeling lighter and brighter! Thanks Anna!"
"A safe space to explore what you want/ need to be happy"
