Heartrise Harvest is an invitation to reconnect with what nourishes our desire to co-create. It is a space to remember our unique way of contributing, discover where we are called to belong, and cultivate relationships that allow both people and communities to flourish.

During this immersive experience, you'll discover the Heartrise Method—a simple yet profoundly transformative approach that has helped thousands of people around the world navigate change, reconnect with themselves, and build more authentic relationships with others and the living world for more than a decade.

Co-facilitated by Jessie May Wolfe, founder of the Heartrise Method, and Karine Ricard, a certified Heartrise facilitator since 2020, this experience weaves together reflection, experiential practices, meaningful conversation, and joyful connection.

Together, we'll explore how to orient ourselves—in life and in community—through the intelligence of the heart.

Hosted in our garden, this morning immersion is an opportunity to intentionally nourish the seeds of the projects, relationships, and communities we hope to see grow.

Coanimé par Jessie-May Wolfe, fondatrice de Heartrise, et Karine Ricard, facilitatrice certifiée depuis 2020, cet atelier propose une expérience vivante où réflexions, pratiques expérientielles et échanges se rencontrent dans la présence, la légèreté et la joie.

Ensemble, nous explorerons comment s'orienter dans le monde — et dans notre village — à partir de l'intelligence du cœur.
