With years of experience facilitating sound baths, yoga and wellness experiences, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can fully switch off, recharge and leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply restored.

Your evening will be led by Heidi Gerrard, an International Gong Practitioner, Training Provider, classically trained musician, yoga teacher and passionate advocate for holistic wellbeing.
