A hands-on session for anyone interested in learning more! There's no jargon and no "what is AI" lecture. Dave Head, founder of Sunderland agency Northern, shows three things you can set up the same week, live on real accounts: a two-minute check on how you use AI now, enquiries that reply and follow up on their own, and the admin jobs AI can take off your plate.

What we will be covering;

The two-minute AI Check (hands-on, on your phone): seven honest questions about how you use AI today, a score out of 35, and the one thing to fix first.

Enquiries that answer themselves: a lead lands, gets a reply in a minute, a follow-up if they go quiet, and a Google review request after they buy. Runs on a CRM most small firms can afford.

The boring jobs, automated: the weekly spreadsheet that emails every fitter their jobs by postcode (150 jobs a week, three engineers, nobody builds a list by hand), meeting notes that write themselves into a task list, invoice chasing that sends itself

AI clones and AI presenters: film yourself properly once, use the footage as training data, then make walkthroughs and social videos without a studio booking.

Content at speed: AI-generated imagery, subtitles and motion for social when a photoshoot would eat the budget, plus the honest bit about where AI gets it wrong and what a human still has to check

Live demonstrations on real client accounts, with what each one cost and what it saved

Activity: everyone runs the AI Check on their own business, then picks one automation to set up, with the free tools list
