Join us for the final hours of Sunderland's year-long piece of music 'SonOrbitUs' with an improvisation workshop and collective performance.

A Sunderland Music City project funded by Arts Council England, SonOrbitUs is led by Peter Brewis (Field Music), and Ed Carter with support from Becky Allen and Tim Shaw.

A year-long piece of music is made from the sounds of Sunderland. The pieces uses the flow of smart city data to adjust and adapt the sounds you can hear. From glass bottles and birds, to live weather and the tide. Everything you hear and see comes from our city.
