Get hands-on and brew your very own beer under the guidance of our expert tutors and have it ready to collect in time for Christmas!

Choose your recipe and follow the process right through to the start of fermentation; then, after a couple of weeks, the finished product is ready to collect!

Brew Day Experiences start in the classroom with an overview of the brewing process, where you’ll learn about the steps involved and equipment you’ll be using. Once you know the basics, we’ll get started in the brewery.

Each group of 2 will use a 25-litre brew kit, which will yield up to 25x 500ml bottles.

The experience is suitable for novices and those with homebrewing experience. Whether you’re into strong, robust flavours, something extra hoppy or a sessionable easy-drinking ale, Brewlab can make it happen*. Low alcohol options are available too.

We provide a brewer's breakfast and a full tour of the Brewlab facilities that feature a 500 litre brew plant as well as commercial brewery laboratory facilities.
