About This Event

Join us at the beach to train, talk & to raise some money for an amazing cause in honour of our Carl! Optional sea dip for the brave too! Find us at the beach! Join us for a community workout to get moving and raise money for Andy's Man Club. All in memory of our good friend, Carl who we sadly lost one year ago. All proceeds going towards supporting men's mental health. Starting off with a bodyweight workout session - true tunnel vision style - on the beach followed by an optional sea dip for the brave. This is a session for everyone! All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. Just show up, do your best and have a laugh while you're at it. FREE to attend. We want to raise awareness and celebrate our friend so all we ask is that you spread the word, show up and get moving! Location- Cullercoats Beach, North Shields NE30 4PL Be there and ready to start your workout by 9:30am sharp! Please bring along a bottle of water, your own refreshments and anything else you need for the day. We will stick around after for those that wish to have a sit and a chat.
