The Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is the centre of love, compassion, forgiveness and connection.

It influences our ability to give and receive love openly, nurture meaningful relationships, and cultivate kindness and acceptance towards ourselves and others.

When this energy centre is balanced, we experience a greater sense of peace, emotional harmony and connection. We are able to lead with an open heart, set healthy boundaries with compassion, and approach life with trust and gratitude.

When out of balance, we may find ourselves holding onto grief, hurt, resentment or disappointment. We may struggle with self-acceptance, find it difficult to trust, or feel disconnected from ourselves and those around us.

In this session, we gently create space for the heart to soften.

Through guided hypnotherapy, sound healing and reflection, you'll be invited to release the weight of what no longer serves you, reconnect with self-compassion, and open your heart to greater love, connection and emotional freedom.

What to Expect

The Heart Chakra Journey

Once everyone has settled into the space, we'll begin by introducing the theme of the Heart Chakra and gently preparing you for your experience.

You'll then be invited to lie down comfortably, close your eyes and simply relax.

Natalie will guide you through a deeply restorative hypnotherapy journey inspired by the qualities of the Heart Chakra, inviting you to reconnect with compassion, forgiveness and the quiet wisdom of your heart.

Together, we'll gently soften emotional armour, nurture greater self-acceptance, and create space for healing, connection and inner peace.

As the journey unfolds, live sound healing will weave seamlessly throughout the experience.

Using carefully selected sound therapy instruments and frequencies that correspond with the Heart Chakra, the vibrations help deepen relaxation, encourage emotional balance, and support the gentle integration of the shifts taking place within.

As the session gently comes to a close, you'll be guided back into waking awareness before enjoying time for quiet reflection and integration.
