Once everyone has settled into the space, we'll begin by introducing the theme of the Third Eye Chakra and gently preparing you for your experience.

You'll then be invited to lie down comfortably, close your eyes and simply relax.

Natalie will guide you through a deeply restorative hypnotherapy journey inspired by the qualities of the Third Eye Chakra, inviting you to step beyond the busy thinking mind and reconnect with your intuition, clarity and inner wisdom.
