Sound Bath & Reiki

Join us for a relaxing and restorative Sound Bath while experiencing the gentle healing energy of Reiki.

A Sound Bath is a calming experience where soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes encourage you to slow down, relax and take some time for yourself. Alongside this, Reiki offers gentle, restorative energy intended to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking to switch off, ease stress, or simply enjoy some peaceful time for yourself, this session is an opportunity to pause, breathe and recharge.

Come along, get comfortable and let the soothing sounds and gentle energy wash over you.
