Cupping class: understand your coffee, one cup at a time.

Join us for a special morning of coffee tasting and learning as we deep-dive into the coffees of Method Roastery — the roaster behind our house blend, alongside a curated selection of their seasonal coffees.

This is a proper cupping session: we’ll taste coffees side-by-side, compare them in real time, and break down what you’re experiencing in the cup — sweetness, acidity, body, texture and finish — and what drives those differences (origin, processing method, varietal, and roast approach). It’s hands-on, sensory, and one of the best ways to level up your coffee palate quickly.

Whether you’re a daily flat white drinker or already deep into filter, you’ll leave with clearer favourites and a better understanding of what to look for when buying beans.

This event includes caffeine. There is no decaf option for this session.
