ARDDULL Y GWEITHDY

Bydd y gweithdy yn para 2.5 awr a bydd egwyl hanner ffordd drwy'r sesiwn. Bydd y gweithdy yn rhyngweithiol, a bydd cyfuniad o theori a thrafodaethau grŵp mawr a bach i sicrhau bod cyfranogwyr yn cael cyfle i roi'r dysgu ar waith yn ymarferol yn eu sefydliad unigryw eu hunain.

Julia Hayward yw sylfaenydd Daisy Chain Consulting ac mae'n gweithio fel hyfforddwr busnes a phersonol, hyfforddwr arweinyddiaeth a sgiliau a goruchwyliwr hyfforddi ar draws y sector cyhoeddus a phreifat. STYLE OF WORKSHOP

The workshop will be 2.5 hours in length with a break halfway. It will be interactive, mixing theory with large and small group discussions to ensure delegates have the opportunity to practically apply the learning to their own unique organisation.

BIO

Julia Hayward is the founder of Daisy Chain Consulting and works as a business and personal coach, leadership and skills trainer and a coaching supervisor across the public and private sector. She loves to work with individuals, leaders and organisations to cultivate a workplace culture where people and performance thrive. Julia uses her curiosity, natural empathy and extensive skills to help her clients to explore and uncover the root cause of issues enabling lasting and positive change.
