'The Boundary Shift: Confidence, Boundaries & Personal Freedom' is a workshop scheduled for 17 October 2026 at Beauty Source at the Barn. This five-hour event is designed for women seeking to develop stronger boundaries, increased confidence, and personal agency. Ticket prices range from £47.00 to £79.00.
A practical five-hour workshop for women who want to develop stronger boundaries, greater confidence and more personal agency.
Do you find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no?
Do you put other people's needs, expectations or reactions ahead of your own?
Do you know you need stronger boundaries — but find it difficult to actually hold them when it matters?
Or perhaps you've spent so long adapting, accommodating and keeping the peace that you've lost sight of what you genuinely want and need.
It's time for a shift.
The Boundary Shift is a practical workshop for women who want to develop greater confidence, agency and choice in how they navigate relationships, expectations and everyday life.
This isn't about becoming hard, selfish or confrontational.
It's about understanding your boundaries, recognising what gets in the way of expressing them, and developing the confidence to make choices that are right for you.
In this workshop, we'll explore:
Boundaries
What boundaries really are — and what they aren't.
Awareness
Recognising patterns such as people-pleasing, guilt, over-explaining and second-guessing.
Confidence
Developing clearer and more confident ways of communicating what you need.
Agency
Moving from automatic reactions to conscious choice.
Practical application
Exploring how these ideas can be used in everyday situations and relationships.
Protecting your wellbeing
Practical ways to protect your time, energy, dignity and peace.
You will leave with:
✓ A clearer understanding of your own boundaries
✓ Greater awareness of the patterns that can undermine them
✓ Practical tools you can use in everyday situations
✓ More confidence in saying what you need
✓ A stronger sense of agency and choice
✓ A framework you can continue using beyond the workshop
Who is this for?
This workshop is for women who want to feel more confident in their relationships, decisions and everyday lives.
You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need to have a particular relationship issue.
It may be especially useful if you:
• struggle to say no without feeling guilty
• regularly put yourself last
• find yourself over-explaining or second-guessing your decisions
• have difficulty dealing with other people's expectations
• want to become more assertive without becoming confrontational
• want to feel more comfortable taking up space and making your own choices
• are rebuilding confidence after a difficult period of life
