Then, whilst listening to the deeply relaxing, healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls you allow the sounds to flow through you, onto your canvas, letting it guide each stoke of your brush. Paint what you please, dip in and out of creative energy as you feel is right for you. To end this gorgeous session, you will be guided through a blissful meditation. Absolutely no painting experience is required. Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to get lost in a new experience.
