Explore winter through Traditional Chinese Medicine with seasonal yoga, acupressure, sauna and sea in beautiful Fenit, Co. Kerry

A Winter Gathering 🍂

Yoga • TCM • Seasonal Nourishment • Sauna • Sea

Saturday 21st November | Fenit, Co. Kerry

After such a lovely response to our autumn TCM gathering, I'm delighted to be bringing another one to Fenit, this time exploring winter through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In TCM, winter is associated with the Water element and the Kidney and Bladder systems. It's traditionally a season for slowing down, conserving our energy and nourishing ourselves from within.

I'm finding this whole area of Chinese Medicine absolutely fascinating through my acupuncture studies, and I can't wait to share more of it with you!

What's included?

🧘‍♀️ 75 minutes of Winter Yoga + TCM - A grounding, Yin-inspired yoga practice woven together with simple teachings on the Water element, Kidney and Bladder meridians, and three acupressure points you can use at home. doTERRA Essential Oils infused through your practice.

☕ Homemade chai + a seasonal sweet treat - A little time to gather, chat and enjoy something delicious, along with some practical winter food therapy and lifestyle practice ideas.

🔥 30-minute sauna at Fenit Lighthouse Sauna - Followed by an optional dip in the sea for anyone feeling brave!

📩 Your Winter TCM Guide - A digital food and acupressure guide emailed to you afterwards, with seasonal ideas to bring into everyday life.
