Programme Overview

A six-week programme designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause by combining progressive strength training with practical, evidence-informed menopause education.

The programme aims to give participants the knowledge, confidence and practical strategies they need to understand the changes happening during menopause, improve their strength and fitness, and take a more proactive approach to their health and wellbeing.

Each weekly session includes:

🏋️ Strength Training

A coached, progressive full-body strength session suitable for a range of fitness levels and abilities, with a focus on building strength, confidence and long-term physical resilience.

🎓 Menopause Education

A practical education session covering key areas of menopause and lifestyle, helping participants understand the changes they may experience and what they can do to support themselves.
