Join us at Pendower on the Roseland for a walk and explore the autumn hedgerows and wildlife Suitable for all abilities, no previous experience necessary. Free mini-bus transport available from mid-Cornwall. These events are run in partnership with Wild Wonder and Wisdom CIC.

These sessions aim to explore how people can enjoy and benefit from Cornwall's beautiful coastal environments.

Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy guided walks, discover local wildlife, do some gentle yoga or take part in creative nature-based activities to experience the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors. Sessions will be delivered by trained staff and volunteers in a friendly group setting.

Coastal Connections is a new project led by the National Trust’s North & South Cornwall Coasts team. It is supported by funding from Cornwall Council's Health Determinants Research Collaboration and working in partnership with Wild Wonder and Wisdom CIC.
