Join TrailFam for an evening of trail running inspiration via the big screen and raise funds for the youth running charity in Cornwall.

Get ready, Cornwall — Trails In Motion is back for 2026!

Hosted by TrailFam Cornwall, this year’s event brings the international Trails In Motion Film Tour back to one of the UK’s true trail-running heartlands for an evening of big stories, wild places, inspiring people and a shared love of running on the trails.

And this year, every ticket helps make a difference.

The event is a fundraiser for TrailFam Cornwall, with all profits from ticket sales and the prize draw going directly to the charity, helping us create more opportunities for young people across Cornwall to experience the outdoors, discover trail running and build confidence through adventure.

The 2026 Trails In Motion Film Tour features eight incredible films exploring endurance, perseverance, mountains, rebirth, family and the extraordinary places that running can take us.

From huge personal challenges to deeply human stories, each film offers a different window into the world of trail and ultra running — while showcasing some of the most breathtaking running destinations on the planet.

Trails In Motion is an annual international film tour for the trail-running community, by the trail-running community, bringing together a hand-picked collection of outstanding trail and ultra-running films and sharing them with passionate audiences around the world.

But this is about much more than simply watching films.

Come and join fellow runners, adventurers, outdoor lovers and members of Cornwall’s brilliant trail community for a festival-style evening celebrating everything we love about the sport.

Expect incredible films, inspiring stories, a fantastic prize draw, plenty of trail-running chat and a room full of people who understand exactly why muddy shoes, big hills and ridiculous adventures are such a good idea.

Whether you’re an experienced ultra runner, just discovering the trails, or simply love stories of adventure and human endeavour, you’re very welcome.

Come for the films. Stay for the community. Help us get the next generation out on the trails.
