Come cosy up in the beautiful Santosha studio for a sound bath to nourish the mind body and soul

Join Amy from Sacred Sounds at Santosha Yoga Studios, Pontefract for a deeply relaxing sound bath.

Alongside the sound experience, Amy creates a warm sense of community and connection throughout the session.

We’ll begin with herbal tea, an oracle card pull and optional sharing, before settling into a guided meditation and immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments. You’ll be lying on yoga mats, so please consider suitability when booking.

Sound baths are deeply relaxing and nurturing. Occasionally, the experience may bring emotions to the surface as the body releases tension and stored energy. This is a natural part of the process, you will be held in a safe, supportive space, with full permission to pause, rest or step away at any time.

This session is not suitable for those in their first trimester, anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Amy is a Yorkshire-based modern-day medicine woman working with sound bowls, reiki and shamanic practices to help you reconnect, recharge and feel the good vibes.
