An afternoon to soften, unwind and gently drop into deep rest.

This is more than a traditional sound bath. It is a carefully guided experience designed to support your nervous system to fully settle.

We begin slowly, with gentle, floor-based somatic movement to release held tension from the shoulders, jaw, hips and spine. Nothing strenuous. No performance. Just simple, intuitive movement to help the body feel safe enough to let go.

From there, you’ll be guided into stillness.

As you rest comfortably with blankets, bolsters and eye pillows, layers of live sound healing will fill the space. Crystal alchemy bowls, gongs and subtle percussion are played intuitively and with care, creating a spacious soundscape that supports deep relaxation.

The experience is intentionally paced and never overwhelming. You are always in control of your position and comfort.

This is an invitation to pause.

To put things down.

To allow yourself to be held in sound.
