Discover powerful sounds and vibrations of reciting mantras together
Nitya Mukta will be joined by friends for a wonderful evening of Kirtan in our Grade II Listed former baptist church Love Yoga Leeds.
The ancient practice of Kirtan (call and response chanting) is a heart opening practice that helps us to come out of our busy heads and into our hearts, deepening our connection with ourselves, the world around us and others.
Through the powerful sound and vibration of reciting mantras together we can find ourselves going into deep meditative states and experiences of stillness and joy.
The practice itself is the teacher and no experience is necessary, it is not a practice of musical ability but a practice of the heart and everyone is welcome.
