Our PAYF SOUND BATH sessions are perfect if you want to try a sound bath,or if funds are tight,but you could still do with an hour to reset.

Join us at Garforth Methodist Church Hall,LS25 ,for our PAYF (Pay As You Feel) SOUND BATH session.

PAYF sessions are a fab way of enjoying a sound bath if you are wanting to try one for the first time ,or if funds are tight.There is a discreet box on exiting ,where you can plonk a little something ,be that £1 or £10,there is no judgement & no one will see what you leave .The beauty of these is that YOU choose what to pay !

The same care & attention is given in PAYF sessions that we provide in our HAMMOCK & AIRBED sessions,the difference being is you bring the things needed to get comfy!!

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:

Yoga mat or blanket to lay on

Cushion/pillow

Eye mask

Blanket/throw

& come in cosy clothes for extra comfort!

It's such a relaxed atmosphere ,people having a little conflab while setting up their station,getting comfy,settling & slowing down before the sound bath starts.

Then lay back while your body & mind accept the beautiful sounds & vibrations of the crystal singing bowls,the soft beat of the drum & the gentle tinkle of the Koshi chimes ,among other instruments . It's time for you to switch off for one hour ! We don't often take time for ourselves & our own needs,so take this opportunity to take that well earned hour of serenity.Time simply for YOU,

First trimester of pregnancy

Heart conditions(including pacemakers)

Metal plates/implants

Severe mental health conditions

Sound sensitivity

Tinnitus

Epilepsy
