The perfect wellness Christmas through Pilates, sound bath & festive feasts.

Christmas at the Hayloft🌲

Join us within the cosy Hayloft at Farmer Copleys for this wellness event.

Expect a curated mat Pilates class to Christmas music, followed by a relaxation sound bath.

To end we will gather around a yummy festive table for dinner provided by Farmer Copleys and connect over Prosecco (or nosecco). You will of course also take home an exclusive Pilates By Chaise Parker goodie bag.

Come and escape the cold with me and feel all of the festive fun surrounded by the most gorgeous Christmas decor.

This is one you’re not going to want to miss.

The event will start at 2pm and depending on how long you would like to connect over food and drinks will end between 4:30pm-5pm.

I am so so excited for this wholesome event and I cannot wait to see you there to end this year together🤎
