Join us at Moss & Moon Wellbeing in Ossett for a soothing in-person sound bath experience. Let the calming vibrations wash over you and melt away stress. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and boost wellbeing in a chilled out setting. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and peaceful!

A sound bath session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional) and chance to pull oracle cards. You are welcome to bring along any crystals you are working with too💜

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!

Journal (optional)

Disclaimer: Sound baths are generally gentle and low risk but may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, pacemakers or implanted medical devices, or pregnancy in the first 12 weeks (unless medically cleared). Parking: Free 2 hours parking at Illingworth Street Car park (council owned), which is very close to the venue, you may still be required to display a ticket so please check signage on arrival.
