200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training — Cheshire, 2027

Is your soul calling you to go deeper? To step fully into your practice and share its gifts with others?

We warmly welcome you to join our Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, held in person in the beautiful, grounding landscape of Cheshire in 2027. This is more than a certification — it's a journey home to yourself. A space to unfold, to be held, and to rise alongside a circle of like-minded souls, guided with love by passionate, experienced teachers.

Whether you're just beginning your path or you've walked it for years, this training is here to nourish, inspire, and empower the teacher already within you.

Accommodation isn't included, but we're happy to help you arrange something locally. Lunch and refreshments will be lovingly provided each day, so you can simply arrive, breathe, and be present.

Please know that some gentle pre-work will be asked of you before we begin, to help you reach the full 200 hours of training. There's no need to place any pressure on yourself here — we'll recap everything together once the course begins, so you can simply approach it with curiosity, not stress.

What's held within this journey:

Your 200-Hour YTT Certification

Ongoing support, with free monthly online sangha gatherings — because this path doesn't end at graduation, and neither does our care for you. This is what sets us apart from every other 200-hour training out there.

What you'll explore together:

Anatomy & physiology, meditation, pranayama, ethics for yoga teachers, an introduction to pre-natal yoga, an introduction to Ayurveda, an introduction to the koshas, yoga history and philosophy, sequencing, safe cueing, theming — and so much more waiting to unfold.

We can't wait to welcome you into this circle. ✨
