Join us for a deeply immersive 2.5-hour breathwork experience in the beautiful surroundings of Tipis at Primrose.

With wireless headphones, carefully curated music and gentle guidance, you'll be invited into a journey of conscious connected breathing. Every experience is unique. Some people gain clarity, some reconnect with themselves, some experience deep peace, some are able to release and others simply enjoy stepping away from the noise of everyday life.

No previous experience is needed—just come with an open mind.

What to bring

Please bring:

A yoga mat ( we also have some mats available) some people prefer something mor padded like a inflateble mattress.

A blanket (or two if you like to feel cosy)

A pillow or cushion for your head

Water

Comfortable, layered clothing

eyemask (we have some available too)

Everything else is provided.

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone.
