HELD: ALIVE is an immersive evening designed to bring people out of their heads and back into their bodies through movement, music, rhythm, connection and seriously good energy.

This is simply a space to come as you are, move, let go, connect with other people and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

Created by Leanne Holt Coaching × Wonder & Fern, with an incredible live drumming experience from Katumba, HELD: ALIVE brings together somatic movement, yoga, music, dance, connection and rhythm in one unforgettable evening.

WHAT TO EXPECT

THE FLOW

6:00pm Arrive, settle in and connect.

6:30pm Gentle Breathwork, Embodied movement and Body Scanning with Leanne & Ray - Wonder & Fern.

8:00pm A short reset to roll up mats, grab some water and get ready to move.

8:15pm HELD: ALIVE. Music, movement, dance, glow sticks and live Katumba drumming.

9:00pm Grounding and close.

Come alone or bring someone with you. You don’t need to know anybody before you arrive.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat• Water bottle• Eye mask if you have one• Comfortable clothes you can move in

Glow sticks will be provided.

No experience is needed. All bodies and all levels are welcome.
