Join Doctor Seaweed for a relaxed walk around Tatton Park - Created to bring people together for fresh air and good conversation

Join us for a relaxed Doctor Seaweed community walk, hosted by our in-house nutritionist, Francesca Chetham.

Along the route, Francesca will lead a short and informal talk on female hormonal health and “period power”, exploring how nutrition and nutrients like iodine can support the body throughout the menstrual cycle. She’ll share practical advice around energy, mood, cravings and common cycle-related symptoms, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way.

This is a friendly, accessible walk designed to bring people together, enjoy some fresh air and leave with a better understanding of their hormones and cycle.

We’ll finish with a stop at Tatton Perk, where everyone will be treated to a free coffee on us aswell as a goody bag worth £50!
