The much admired teachers Luis Rodrigues and Elizabeth Knock make the journey most weeks from their London base to Leamington Spa giving classes for Tango Warwick at all levels, on Fridays, except, in general, on the first Friday of each month. These are classes in Argentine Tango as danced internationally from Buenos Aires to Beijing, via Lisbon, Berlin, Istanbul, Kiev,..., Nairobi,... It is quite different from ballroom tango! It can be very addictive. IT IS ALSO NOT SHOW TANGO AS SEEN ON "STRICTLY"-you cannot do that in a crowded room! Beginners come to the 6.30 class together with those who want to brush up their fundamentals, or help and motivate the beginners. In particular we welcome single dancers as well as couples, newcomers as well as those we haven't seen for months or years, irregulars and regulars alike. The 7.15 pm and 8.30 pm classes are for more experienced dancers (in Argentine Tango). If unsure of your level please ask the teachers; participation depends on the teachers consent. The evening ends with a sociable and lively **practica/ social dancing**, with some wine, fine cordials, and cake.
