Come and join us as Sue Rebis helps us to explore the roots of our faith in the life and teaching of Jesus, the rabbi from Nazareth.

Our hope is that as we consider his words and deeds against the background of the rich and varied Jewish world of his day, they will come alive to us in a new way – taking on a clarity and vividness that will bring an added depth to our faith, impact our discipleship in practical, meaningful ways and draw us closer both to him and to our heavenly father.

We will be meeting once a month on Wednesday mornings between 10am and 12noon (arrive at 9:45 for tea and coffee if you are joining in person).

In the first term we will be looking at the beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, as follows

16 Sep | ‘A voice crying in the wilderness’ – John the Baptist

14 Oct | ‘Repent and be baptised’ – John prepares the way

11 Nov | ‘Jesus came with good news from God’– Jesus launches his ministry

09 Dec | ‘Jesus set his face to go to Jerusalem’ – Jesus draws his ministry to a close

These meetings will be held in person as guests of Lissy Clarke at her home near Warwick England as well as online via Zoom. Joining details will be sent to you via email after you sign up.

We want to make this as easy as possible for you to join in.

You can choose to join in these meetings online or in person as you prefer. Just select the tickets for each date that you want.

You can mix and match as you wish, some online or some in person.

You can change your mind if you need to by emailing us via eventbrite.

And if you can't make the meetings, you can sign up to receive a link to view the recording of the session. (People who attend sessions will also receive an email after the session with link to the recordings so you don't need to separately request a ticket for these)

And finally, the costs of these sessions have been generously covered so that you can take part online or in person for £free.
