About This Event

To mark the 110th anniversary of the Somme offensive, this 2nd talks event in the series explores the lives of soldiers on the frontline.

Somme Stories - Life On The Frontline 1916

Well known historians on the Great War, Peter Hart and Taff Gillingham, plus members of the museum team, will reveal vivid histories of individual soldiers who fought in one of the greatest conflicts of the First World War.
